AGM Statement

11 November 2014 – Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in automated revenue integrity solutions for the US healthcare market, will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 10am today at the UK offices of Craneware plc, 1 Tanfield, Edinburgh, EH3 5DA. At the meeting, Keith Neilson, CEO of the Company, will make the following statement:

“We have benefited from the positive sales momentum of the prior year continuing into this current year. The accrued revenue balance from the guaranteed minimum revenues associated to a partner deal which peaked during FY14 has been substantially cleared; this combined with the sales levels experienced has contributed to strong levels of cash collection in the first quarter. Further, the Company has completed two equity transactions, the first being the share ‘buy-back’ and the second being the acquisition of the emerging technology company, Kestros Limited. Kestros provides a platform in the high growth Patient Access market, as the Company addresses the growing level of consumerisation within healthcare.”
