At Craneware, we’re expanding our value cycle offerings to address these challenges. A particular focus of development has been on gaining a greater understanding of the true patient cost of an episode of care. After reviewing both competitors and potential partners, we decided that in order to achieve our and our clients’ goals, we needed to build a world-class solution from the ground up.
A new company and a new solution
To accomplish this, Craneware has hired recognized industry experts to work with us and head a new company, Craneware Healthcare Intelligence. CHI is a new business division of Craneware that focuses on cost analytics solutions for healthcare organizations.
The company’s first solution is an innovative platform and application suite uniting cost and operational information across your provider organization, creating transparency and decision enablement insights. The solution will allow health systems to trace the pathway of the patient experience from a financial and operational perspective. It will also enable understanding of the critical components of operational metrics and expenses across the entire episode of care.
