31 August 2011 – Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in automated revenue integrity solutions for the US healthcare market, has been informed that Keith Neilson, CEO of the Company, today purchased 2,155 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) at a price of 460 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Neilson has a total holding in the Company of 3,450,934 Ordinary Shares which represents 12.88% of the total issued share capital.
