Craneware and NorthBay Healthcare to Discuss Best Practices for Achieving Revenue Integrity at 2014 HFMA MAP Event

ATLANTA, October 28, 2014Craneware, Inc., the healthcare market leader in automated revenue integrity solutions, today announced it was selected to co-present alongside California-based NorthBay Healthcare (NorthBay), its client, at the 2014 Healthcare Financial Management Association’s (HFMA) MAP Event, which is focused on revenue cycle excellence. NorthBay and Craneware presenters will describe the hospital’s modern charge-process that uses a revenue integrity approach and automation to optimize operational efficiency, reimbursement and compliance.

NorthBay’s Senior Analyst CDM Paul Zosa, and Craneware’s Business Solutions Consultant Katharine Plemmons, MHA, will lead the presentation, “Charge Capture Best Practices to Ensure Compliance and Improve Financial Performance.” The presenters will share strategies used to address disconnects and support revenue cycle knowledge across common department silos to establish an effective charge-integrity process resulting in both revenue and operational improvements. The presentation will be held in Las Vegas on Monday, November 3, from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. PST.
