Craneware and Intermountain to Share Best Practices for Revenue Integrity Strategy at 2013 HFMA MAP Event

During the session, Intermountain will detail its five-part strategy for improving enterprise-wide revenue integrity. Intermountain’s process included: building a multidisciplinary team with department-specific representatives, providing ongoing education and training on best practices, leveraging technology, and establishing a proactive system for ensuring data alignment. Presenters will relate the results of their initiative to the HFMA MAP Keys which serve as unbiased indicators that can be used to accurately measure revenue cycle performance.
