Blocklisting Application

14 March 2018 – Craneware (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in Value Cycle solutions for the

US healthcare market announces that an application (the “Application”) has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 200,000 ordinary shares of one pence each (“Ordinary Shares”) to be admitted to trading on AIM (the “Admission”). All these Ordinary Shares are being reserved under an extension to an existing block listing and will be issued as required in order to satisfy the exercise of share options pursuant to the 2007 Share Option Plan.

It is expected that Admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective on 16 March 2018. When issued, the Ordinary Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.
